- Pumps for systems in production facilities and manufacturing buildings.
Including but not limited to: mining, coal and ore production, primary
metals, lumber and wood products, rubber and plastic products, air
reduction products, manufacturing, castings, forging, machining
and fabricating. Excludes new construction of manufacturing facilities,
office buildings and systems installed primarily for the comfort
of people when installed or purchased by mechanical or plumbing
contractor.
Building Trades - Pumps and systems
in all buildings and institutions for the occupancy of people, including
but not limited to: office buildings, apartment houses, prisons,
hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, municipal and government
buildings. Includes all plumbing and HVAC systems when said construction
is being done primarily for the comfort of people. Aesthetics (fountains,
waterfalls, etc.) water parks and theme parks are also included
in this market. Excludes fire protection systems installed in such
premises by a sprinkler contractor
Process
- Pumps for systems in production facilities and manufacturing buildings.
Including petroleum production and refining; gas production; petrochemical
and chemical process plants; food and allied products; pharmaceuticals;
pulp/paper and allied products. Excludes office buildings and systems
installed primarily for the comfort of people.
Power
- Includes pumps for federal, state, county, or city government;
and publicly or privately owned plants generating electric power
for distribution to subscribers. Includes power production buildings.
Excludes office buildings and systems installed primarily for the
comfort of people.
Municipal
- Includes pumps for federal, state, county, or city government;
and publicly or privately owned facilities for: processing water
for distribution; processing water for pre-use treatment or desalinization;
processing water for pollution control, including secondary and
tertiary treatment. Includes water treatment or pumping plant buildings.
Includes golf courses. Excludes office buildings and systems installed
primarily for the comfort of people.
Fire
